We drove from Vegas to Grand Canyon, and we got there just a few hours before sunset which, along with sunrise, is supposed to be the best part of the day to see it. It rained a little when we got there, and then a beautiful rainbow appeared in the sky, as you can see on the first picture. It stopped raining and we sat down on a rock and watched the sun go down. It was lovely.
Vi körde från Las Vegas till Grand Canyon. Vi kom dit strax före solnedgången. Solnedgång och soluppgång ska vara de bästa tiderna på dagen att se Grand Canyon. Det regnade lite när vi kom dit, och på första bilden kan ni se den fina regnbågen. Sedan satte vi oss på en klippa och såg ut över Grand Canyon medan solen gick ner. Det var jättevackert!
